To setupyourMyChartaccount, stop by a CincinnatiChildren’s clinic any time and ask for a MyChart account activation code. No appointment is necessary and you can go to any location, even our neighborhood locations.
You can create an account through your healthcare organization to access your information through MyChart. If your organization gave you an activation code on your After Visit Summary or in an email or text message, you can follow the instructions provided to create your MyChartaccount.
MyChart allows you to schedule follow-up visits with care providers and gives you access to your child's medical records, allowing you to view test results, a list of medications, appointments, follow-up instructions, diagnoses and more.
