The MissouriStateHighwayPatrol began chasing a tractor-trailer in Montgomery City.The chase went through several towns and the truck crossed into oncoming traffic and hit several vehicles. Despite multiple flat tires, the driver kept going until officers ended the chase in Hannibal.
