Admiral Farragut commanded the USS Hartford during the Battle of Mobile Bay, a key Union victory during the Civil War. The third gallery will be used as rotating exhibit space. Currently, there is a tribute to veterans who served in the Civil War, World Wars I and II, Korean War and Vietnam War.
This is a gem of a museum right in downtown Knoxville. The presentation of artifacts and exhibits was over the top as far as professionalism, accuracy and interest.
