Ulta Beauty is committed to having your Pickup order ready in 2 hours or less. However, Ulta Beauty Pickup orders must be placed by 6PM local time in order to be eligible. Otherwise, the order will be ready the following business day.
Use to be 3 days when it first rolled out, now it’s 5 days. Once you get to the 6th day, the order gets automatically cancelled and you get a refund.

· You'll have five days from the time your order is ready to pickup your order. After that, if you miss the window, your order will be canceled. (But don't worry, you won't be charged.)
You have 5 days from the day the order was placed to pick it up. On the “Pickup Order is Ready” email you receive when the store completes the order, it’ll give you the date you have to pick the order up by as well!

We pickorders all throughout the day so your purchase time should be whatever is convenient for you. However, we are allowed up to 2 hours to pick them as stores can get very busy. If you want it picked fast, early morning before stores open is best and then you will have 5 days to pick it up.
