Upon accepting a short call, the registrant’s name shall be removed from the short call book. All registrants must return to the hall to re-register at the completion of the short call.
All orders for manpower will be received and recorded by the personnel ONLY in the Metro Dispatch office, by fax (323-726-0623) to the Metro Dispatch Office on the approved form for that purpose or, by submission to the Local 11 Contractor web portal (IBEW11.org).

All bargaining unit newhires must join the Union or pay an equal share as an Agency Fee Payer to support the Collective Bargaining process within a prescribed amount of time, identified by law from their date of hire.
Any job not dispatched from the hotline from the night before will be available either over the phone or over the counter on a first come first serve basis. If you accept a call, the union hall will send the dispatch slip to both you and your employer.
