The identity of each respondent is available for search by the general public. Such a request can be made in writing and delivered by mail, facsimile, email or in person at any of the three HillsboroughClerk of Court & Comptroller Office locations.

If you wish to submit a request anonymously, you must contact the Clerk's office to receive your request status with 10 days of request submission, or use the Track Status option below. To submit a publicrecords request, click on New Request and then select Make a Request.
