For instance, you may be searching for an individual with the last name of “Gonzales” but may not know if the individual spells “Gonzales” with a “z” or an “s” at the end of the name.
To access municipal court records online, users may visit the ElPaso Municipal Court Public Access Portal where they can search by casenumber, citationnumber, or party name.
· Searching is free and you can find court cases and case summaries by listing the casenumber, casename, party, attorney, judge, and docket entry. You can filter cases by date of filing, jurisdiction, type, and representation.
To access ElPaso family court records, requesters must create a request letter that contains the case party’s name, casenumber, and other search details. In addition, the clerk’s office may require a valid photo ID before requesters can obtain confidential family court records.
