State and County staff will never contact you and ask you for your ESP username or password. If you have been contacted by someone requesting your username and password, please call the IHSS Service Desk at (866) 376-7066. Service Desk Agents are available Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· Once your county implements EVV, your recipient will be able to review and approve your electronic timesheets by either using the Electronic Services Portal or the Telephone Timesheet System.
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) providers and recipients must either enroll in the Electronic Timesheet System (ETS) or the Telephonic Timesheet System (TTS) to complete, submit, and manage their IHSS timesheet and payment accounts.
IHSS recipients and providers must use one of two options, electronic or telephonic, to submit, review, approve, or reject timesheets. With the electronic and telephonic timesheet systems, providers do not have to wait until the end of the pay period to submit their timesheets.
