Webmen’s marathon world record holder kelvin kiptum has died in a tragic road accident in his home country of kenya on sunday (11 february).
Webhe and his coach gervais hakizimana were killed in a road traffic accident in kaptagat, kenya, on 11 february.
Kiptum was 24 and the darling of the marathon.
Webliverpool football club also paid tribute to philip, stating:
“we are deeply saddened by the tragic passing of our supporter philip dooley, following a road traffic.

Webk elvin kiptum, the holder of the world marathon record, died on february 11 in a car crash at age 24, the olympics has confirmed on its official website.
