Got 5 of the 6 long ones out, the 4 shorts and the 2 nuts.

I have two under water lights mounted on the transom that have appeared to be busted from freezing i guess they leaked?
I began to replace the lights but the glue or silicone have made.
A busted thru-hull sounds likely, or a hose burst and a thru-hull valve/seacock was seized.
I replaced all 8 of the thru-hull valves on my boat when i bought it every single brass one was.
