Sign in using your BJU email address. When prompted for a password, use the temporary password provided in the email. The website will walk you through setting up a Multi-Factor Authentication method and creating a new password. See page 2 of this guide for password requirements.

· Once you have set up your parent profile, student profile, and assigned courses, you may need to make changes and will use additional features of the Hub. Here are some useful tips for unassigning courses, understanding the mobile view of the Hub, and password information.
· Your account will lock after too many unsuccessful login attempts in order to protect your information. Not to worry, simply reach out to your school system’s help desk and be sure to verify your credentials are correct.
· ClassLink does not have access to your username or password. Your school can help you access that information. Step 1: Go to your school’s website and use any login guides that are available. Step 2: Submit a request to your school system’s help desk. My account is locked! Now what? Reach out to your school system’s help desk.
