Official transcripts are issued by the Office of the Registrar within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the student's written request. Any records prior to Spring 1986 may take longer. Order in person from CSUN Records and Registration in the Bayramian Hall Lobby Student Services Center.

Electronic transcripts from other vendors, or those sent to us in Portable Document Format (PDF) must be printed and processed manually as paper transcripts. Paper transcriptstake up to eight weeks to evaluate.
If your order status says ‘Order submitted to school’, this means that your transcript request has been sent to your school, but that your school has not reviewed or processed it yet.
Your final transcripts for work in progress when courses are completed and grades are posted. If your degree is in progress, please wait until the degree is posted on your transcript before sending the final copy (usually 4-6 weeks after end of term, check with your school’s Registrar’s office.)
After you place your order, your school must review and approve your order before we can send it. Therefore, if there is a delay with your order, you should contact your school.
