McGill’s active Greeklife, composed of fraternities and sororities, often represents a large part of the community-building aspects of student life. Frats and sororities plan and host events for their members, which are often, but not always, open to the McGill community at large.
I think that the project is a good start to get people to reconsider their negative perceptionsofGreeklife and I like what it's aiming to do, but that might be the problem—it seems like most of the people who support #WeAreNotOurStereotypes are already in Greeklife.
