You can import your contacts into google contacts from other sources.
Import from an existing csv or vcard file on your computer, go to
Sync google contacts with your mobile device or computer you can sync your google contacts to a phone, tablet, and computer.
When you change a contact, that contact will change everywhere.
Add a contact on your android device, open the contacts app.
At the bottom right, tap add.
Enter the contact's name and an email or phone number.
To add more name details:
Tap add fields, then, tap.
Data saved by the contact info from your devices setting was previously saved by the device information setting.

To use device contacts across google services without saving them as google contacts, turn on save contact info from your devices.
That setting includes sim contacts.
Add a contact on your computer, go to google contacts.
At the top left, click create contact create a contact or create multiple contacts.
Enter the contact's or contacts' information.
Click save.
Edit a contact go to google contacts.
Point to a contact's name.
On the right, click edit.
Edit the information.
Click save.
You can't change details that automatically come from:
Your contact's.
Tap the other contacts.
Tap more remove from label.
Share your contacts on your android device, open the contacts app.
Tap the contact you want to share.
At the top right, tap contact settings.
