Schedule with MyChart today. If you have a MyChart account, please check in online. Take care of any co-pay you might have. If you have your own face mask, be sure to bring it with you to your appointment. Proceed to the front desk to let the staff know you have arrived for your appointment.
To get started, log in to MyChart and go to Schedule an Appointment. Under "Schedule with a specific service" choose Video Visit with a Virtual PrimaryCare Provider. Through e-visit messaging, providers can work with you (the patient) to resolve health issues without an office visit.
