Access the IHSS website for securelogin to manageyour In-Home Supportive Servicesaccount in California.
· Now that you have completed all five steps for your registration, you are registered and have an account with the ElectronicServicesPortalWebsite. Please remember to keep your username and password secure and do not share your username or password.
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) providers and recipients must either enroll in the ElectronicTimesheet System (ETS) or the Telephonic Timesheet System (TTS) to complete, submit, and manage their IHSS timesheet and payment accounts.
Log in to the ESP: Go to etimesheets.ihss.ca.gov/login. Use your phone: To sign up for the Telephone Timesheet System (TTS), call IHSS at (415) 557-6200 or your IHSS Social Worker.
IHSS recipients and providers must use one of two options, electronic or telephonic, to submit, review, approve, or reject timesheets. With the electronic and telephonic timesheet systems, providers do not have to wait until the end of the pay period to submit their timesheets.
Utilize the ElectronicPortal in order to access your information when you need it, on your own time! You can view your timesheet/payment status and enroll or update your direct deposit, all from your phone or computer!
Recipients have the ability to approve/reject timesheets online and providers have the ability to complete and submit their electronictimesheets, view their payment status and history, sign-up for and make changes to Direct Deposit and submit Sick Leave Claims.
