The facility reserves the right to restrict or deny visitation based on security concerns, inmate disciplinary actions, or other legitimate penological interests.

Get approval from the GreatFalls Transition Center to visit an inmate. These are the rules and the schedules for visitation.

Be aware that every piece of personal mail will be opened, checked, and processed through the Digital Mailing Center (DMC) before reaching inmates’ tablets. Non-contact visits are presently permitted. Visitors must pre-register using the online form at least 24 hours ahead of the desired visitation window. Visiting Hours:

· Visitors must adhere to facility guidelines, including dress code requirements and visitationrules, to ensure a secure and orderly environment. Non-contact visits take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM. Inmates are allowed one 45-minute visit per weekend.

The DOC provides in-person visitation as an option for inmates and their family and friends to stay connected. To visit an inmate, members of the public must be approved by staff at the facility at which the individual is incarcerated. To do so, they must complete an online Visitation Application.
