Webthe tenant's or cotenant's written notice of termination to the landlord must be accompanied by one of the following:
A copy of a protection order against domestic.
Webif you worry that your neighbor will continue to threaten you or if you have begun to fear for your safety, asking the san diego courts for a civil harassment.
Webyou are related to someone who you believe is at imminent risk of hurting themself or others with a firearm.
You must be at least eighteen years old to apply for a protection order.
