There are two ways to register: Online with the Aetna Medicaid portal at AetnaBetterHealth.com/Illinois-Medicaid/member-portal.html. Once you’re signed into the portal, follow the steps shown on the next few pages to complete your rewards registration.
The 2025Aetna Healthy Rewards program is available to our members until the last day of the year. You will need to earn and redeem your reward by or the date you leave the plan, whichever comes first.

New users can register to access and existing members can log in to Aetna's secure member website to manage their health benefits. Track your claims, view your member ID card, refill prescriptions or find a nearby doctor or hospital.
You need to register with Aetna Better Care Rewards to spend the points you earn. To register, visit AetnaBetterCareRewards.com/MI or call 1-877-473-5147 (TTY: 1-844-200-2094).
Step 2: Once on the selection page, simply enter your name, mailing address and email address in the boxes as indicated. Customer Motivators is facilitating the gift card fulfillment on behalf of Aetna.
