Registration consists of four essential steps: Course selection with the aid of faculty advisement or the advising office staff. Entry of the selected program through Web Registration (webreg.rutgers.edu) for students with system access, or in person at the Registrar’s Office for all other students.
· Before the registration period begins, take the time to review your degree requirements, consider any prerequisites or core courses you need to complete, and consult with academic advisors if necessary.
Upon admission to RutgersUniversity–Newark, you will be directed to the Enrollment Pathway, where you will select from a list of dates that is convenient to attend a New Student Orientation, Advisement, and Registration event.
