Follow the steps below to set up your account so you can log into Workday prior to your start date. Your Trinity Health Email/ User Principal Name (UPN) will be required for the following steps. Please reach out to a Talent Acquisition Coordinator if help is needed retrieving your email/UPN.

Most active colleagues* can access self-service through Workday, Trinity Health's HR and payroll system. Through Workday you can: Log into Workday with your Trinity Health username and password. *Note: Not all Health Ministries have access to self-service.
Input Your Credentials: Enter your username and password, and make sure that those are the ones provided by your employer. Second Layer Security: You can strengthen security by enabling two-factor authentication, which can be achieved with codes, for instance.
